Projacct is developed by BriTech Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Information We Collect
Projacct is an offline project and accounting app.
We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers.
1.1 Information Stored on Your Device
The following data is stored locally on your device only:
- Projects you create
- Debit and credit entries
- Categories
- Backup files you export
- Currency symbol setting
No data leaves your device unless you manually export or share it.
2. How We Use Your Information
Since all data remains on your device, your information is used only for:
- Managing projects
- Tracking debit and credit transactions
- Generating summaries
- Creating backup files
We do not access, view, or modify your data.
3. Backup & Restore
Projacct allows you to create a local backup file.
- Backups are saved only to your chosen storage location.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the backup file.
- The app does not upload the backup to any server.
If you choose to restore a backup, the data is read locally from your device.
4. Permissions
Projacct may request the following permissions:
Storage Permission (Optional)
- Required only when you choose to backup or restore data manually.
- Used solely for reading/writing the backup file.
- We do not access any other files on your device.
No other sensitive permissions (camera, contacts, location, etc.) are used.
5. Third-Party Services
The app does not use:
- Third-party analytics
- Third-party advertising SDKs
- Remote databases
- Cloud services
Your data stays completely offline.
6. Children’s Privacy
Projacct does not target children and does not collect any data from users of any age.
Since no data is transmitted externally, the app is safe for all age groups.
7. Data Security
All data is stored locally in your device’s internal storage/database.
We do not control or access your local device storage.
We recommend:
- Keeping your device secure
- Using device-level lock/password
- Storing backup files safely

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected in the app and/or in the Play Store listing.
